The central core is formed entirely by hand from a hardened Sterling Silver. Individual crochet stitches are cast-on to the structure and worked in a spiral to form the embellishment.

Simply retract the long wire from the catch at the bottom, insert through ear then pop the wire back into it's catch to secure and prevent the wire getting caught in your hair.
